That mindset has stayed with me.

I am a systems engineer by training and an operator by experience. Over the last two decades, I have built and led organizations operating in complex, regulated environments where decisions carry real consequences.
I co-founded Axiologic Solutions and helped grow it from a small firm into a large, mission-driven organization through disciplined execution and acquisitions. Along the way, I learned how leadership, culture, and governance determine whether technology creates value or friction.
Today, I work with organizations as a Fractional Chief AI Officer, helping leadership teams navigate AI in a way that fits their mission, risk profile, and people.
